Description: The project consisted of a cleanroom facility for wafer fabrication for VLSI. The complex consisted of a central plant building, chemical storage building, security post and main cleanroom building consisting of 1 operational 10,000 square foot Class 10 cleanroom and provisions to 3 additional cleanrooms.

Electrical work consisted of a 15KV primary service with 2 unit sub-stations along with transformers for a 15KV to 480 Volt distribution system.

Critical and emergency operations for the facility were serviced by a 1500KW generator including automatic transfer switches.

Power systems for the facility included lighting, outlets, mechanical equipment, kitchen equipment, and all electrical and fit-up work within the cleanroom areas.

The Low voltage system included a complete fire alarm system, sound and paging and security system.
