Union Plaza is a Residential, Office and Retail Tenant complex to be built at 8100 E. Union Avenue in the north end of Denver Technology Center.

A twenty three story 266 unit residential/retail structure, and a seven story office/retail structure atop three levels of below ground parking are incorporated into the 4.26 acre site. The retail office building consists of seven levels of steel structure, with brick and glass exterior. The plaza level or ground level includes conference rooms, health club, restaurant, storage, and lobby atrium areas, with six levels of lease office space above. The retail residential building is a twenty three level concrete encased steel and cast-in-place concrete superstructure with brick and glass exterior, featuring exclusive high end residential units varying from non bedroom studios to four bedroom three bath elaborate penthouses, with plaza or ground level containing retail tenant space, lobby and atrium. The two buildings sit on top of a one thousand fourteen spaces below ground, pre-cast concrete parking structure.
