Description of Project:
This is a negotiated project consisting of site work for approximately 4000’ of private roadway within the Southlands Power Center. It was originally negotiated as a change order to Southlands Phase I, and then was designated by the Owner as a separate project with its own subcontract.
The project consists of thirty-seven light poles distributed along the western portion of Southlands Parkway and along the west half of Orchard Road. A communication ductbank consisting of three 4” conduits and a number of pull boxes will be installed parallel to the roadway. Several sleeves will be installed across the road to accommodate future electrical and communications utilities.
