This project includes expansion and modifications to the existing City of Westminster Water Treatment Plant. The improvements will increase plant treated water capacity from 33 MGD to 44 MGD. Scope of work includes the addition of a new sedimentation basin, a new Bulk Chemical Building, a Lime Storage Silo, a new High Service Pump Station Building, a new clear well and modification to the existing sedimentation basins. Electrical work, instrumentation, and HVAC improvements are included.
