Description:New 100,000 total square foot cleanroom and administration facility. The cleanroom and production area was 40,000 square feet and the administration area was 60,000 square feet. Cleanroom production was for the manufacturing of electronic chips for NCR equipment.

Service and distribution included 480 Volt power and back-up emergency power from the generator to process equipment, air filtering and air handling equipment.

The electrical systems included lighting, UPS, fire alarm, sound, security and instrumentation.
