Construction Schedule: Complete by August 1, 1996

Description: Fast track construction of a 318,000 square foot facility. A 25,000 square foot Class 10 cleanroom for the probe area is located on the main level along with the test and burn in areas. The lower level contains mechanical and electrical support areas.

Normal power, emergency power and uninterruptible power is included in this building. The following systems are included: power monitoring, telephone and data, fire alarm, paging, radio, closed circuit television, security access control, early warning smoke detection, and lightning protection.

Lighting is provided in all areas except the cleanrooms. Power is provided to all process and mechanical equipment.
