8^th Floor – Guestrooms 20,551 sf

9^th Floor – Guestrooms 20,551 sf

10^th Floor – Guestrooms 20,551 sf

11^th Floor – Guestrooms 20,551 sf

12^th Floor – Guestrooms 20,551 sf

13^th Floor – Guestrooms 20,551 sf

14^th Floor – Guestrooms 20,551 sf

Roof

Ludvik Electric Co.’s contract with Milender White Construction Company will be for approximately Two Million Four Hundred Thirty Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Five Dollars. ($2,430,765)

The project NTP was received on May 11, 2004 with a scheduled completion of January 2006.
