This project consists of a six-story general office building for a single tenant, with a full basement and a multi-tier parking structure, located on a 33 acre site, 7 acres of which will be developed at this time. The office building contains approximately 196,650 gross square feet, with a steel and cast-in-place concrete superstructure and an architectural pre-cast concrete and aluminum store front skin. The parking structure provides parking for approximately 840 cars on four levels, and is constructed of structural pre-cast concrete with architectural pre-cast concrete cladding. The site has surface parking for 35 cars, with the remainder being a combination of hardscape and softscape elements.
