J.D. Edwards Corporate Headquarters Building III is a
design-build high tech office building at 7602 Technology Way in
the northern end of the Denver Technology Center. The building is
a six-story general office building for a single tenant, with a
full basement and a four level parking structure.
The office building contains approximately 196,650 gross square feet, with a steel and cast-in-place concrete superstructure and an architectural pre-cast concrete and aluminum storefront skin. The lower and first levels contain the corporate "Data Center" as the main feature. The second through sixth floors will contain hard-wall offices on each end with four quadrants of open area workstations. The electrical construction consists of two 4000 amp services and distribution, outlets, devices, lighting, telephone/data cable tray system, fire alarm and detection system and an emergency power system consisting of a 100 kw emergency generator with automatic transfer switches and UPS power system for the telephone/data systems. The entire "Data Center" has UPS power systems and an alternate standby power source.
The parking structure provides four above ground levels of parking for approximately 600 cars and is constructed of structural pre-cast concrete with architectural pre-cast concrete cladding. The site has surface parking for 145 cars, with the remainder being a combination of hardscape and softscape elements.
