Description of Work:

Project consisted of the GM Wentzville Car Assembly Plant being revised to a new GMT 600 Full Size Van Line Assembly Plant. Electrical work consisted of providing power drops and control wiring to each spot welder, MIG welder and stud welder. The Robotic power drop cable requirement for connection to each gun controller/transformer/dense pack was for power flex cable with 2107 strands-per -cable for maximum movement. Weld grounding bus bars were installed at each MIG welder or stud welder station. The project included bus plug installation on the existing bus duct system with cable power drops to cable tray installed by Ludvik. The cable tray layout and coordination drawings were provided by Ludvik.
