The ProjectThis 20 month project is the modernization of the Denver News Agency plant where the Denver Post and Rocky Mountain News papers are printed. New presses from Germany (100’ long by 70’ high) are replacing older presses while the plant stays in full production. Conveyor systems, paper roll robots, palletizers, stackers and inserters are replaced while the papers continue to be printed everyday. New equipment manufactured in Germany, Finland and Sweden, installed under the direction of people from a variety of countries creates an international environment on this project.
