This project sits on a 32 acre site at the intersection of Interstate Highway 25 and State Highway 85 just south of the Castle Rock Outlet Mall, north of Castle Rock, Colorado in Douglas County.

This project consists of site development and construction of an 280,000 square foot justice facility that includes a prison with 193 jail cells for 350 inmates, open air recreational areas, kitchen, laundry, medical and dental facilities. The project also includes division offices for the county sheriff’s department, county court facilities, including eight courtrooms, associated judge’s chambers and administrative offices, district attorney’s and support offices, county corner offices, morgue, sheriff’s offices and emergency 911 dispatch center.
