The Project:

This project is six stories above grade and two stories of parking below grade. It is 145,000 square foot self-supporting concrete and masonry building with a structural steel roof frame and a metal roof. It contains Lecture rooms, Administrative offices, Catering Kitchen and Dining area.

The electrical work consists of the following:

• Installing new underground service to this building and replacing service to existing structure from new Utility Transformer.
• Installing a 2000A Switchboard. Distributing power via a bus duct riser, raceway and conductors.
• An empty conduit and cable tray system for phones and intercom and an emergency site phones.
• Intelligent Fire Alarm System and raceway system for security.
• Site lighting.
• Lightning Protection system.
