The Humanities Building is five stories covering a total of 53,740 square feet that will be comprised of classrooms on the basement and first floor, offices on the second and third floors, and mechanical room on the fourth floor. Two large theatre style classrooms will form a semicircle end to the structure. All classrooms employ state of the art technical advances in presenting materials to students that will be controlled per devices on the video projection motorized screens, audio, and light control (dimming). An existing service was relocated and temporarily fed to maintain power throughout the project.

The Woodbury building is a historical five-story structure covering 13,292 square feet that will have the interior completely renovated while maintaining the exterior as is. This building will house offices on all levels.
