The Coal Creek Business Park consists of the development of a new business park and two new buildings, Corporate Center I and the Signature Building. Corporate Center I is a 76,000 square foot, two story, structural steel building with brick and EIFS veneer, glass curtain walls, membrane roofing and site improvements. The Signature Building is a 53,000 square foot office building with the same framework and veneers. Roofing consists of membrane, metal panels and tile.
