The Shops at Centerra project is located on the northeast corner of US Highway 34 and Interstate 25 in Loveland, Colorado approximately 46 miles from downtown Denver. The project sits atop a 75-acre wetlands site, which is divided by a small creek. The design for The Shops at Centerra has provisions for eighteen separate structures that include retail space, restaurants, outside parking and a movie theater.

Ludvik Electric Company’s scope of work includes the installation of approximately 40,000 feet of 4” DB duct for the electrical and telephone utilities.  The electrical duct will be routed through thirteen electrical vaults and serve twenty utility transformers. Most of the telephone duct will be installed in a joint trench with the electrical.  In addition, Ludvik Electric Co. has been contracted to provide labor and materials for the cores and shells of nine separate structures and includes switchgear, exterior lighting, fire alarm, temporary power, provisions for future build out, and the mall office tenant finish. The area of all structures under contract totals 323,805 square feet.
