Description of Work:

Four story, 52,000 square foot medical office building consisting of birthing rooms, wellness center, pharmacy, diagnostic outpatient testing, psychiatric outpatient offices, optometrist and eye lab, sports medicine including hydro-therapy and occupational therapy, doctors usites with exam rooms, reception and waiting areas.

Project electrical work included a 480 volt service and distribution for power systems including lighting, outlets, medical equipment such as x-ray machines. Low voltage systems including fire alarm, sound and paging, telephone raceway, security and cards access, nurse call and intercom system. Emergency power for birthing area consisted of utilizing a stand alone UPS system.’
