Description of Work:

The Fort Collins Brewery added Can Line 65 which features a can filler which is capable of filling 2000 cans per minute.

Can Line 65 consists of extending an existing can transfer conveyor, bulk can depalletizer, empty can conveyor, mat top, empty can air conveyor, empty can riser, can filler, can closer, full can conveyors, double deck pasteurizer, double deck accumulation table, electrostatic can coders, filled can level detectors, 12/12 can packer, 12/12 tray packer, 24/12 can packer, non-contact case coders, carton conveyor and carton palletizer.

Services and systems for the buildings include four 3/C, 750 MCM, 5kV feeder cables (1,000 feet long), installed in cable tray, general power (welding outlets and 120 volt outlets), high bay lighting, fluorescent conveyor lighting, 12 electrical equipment panels, 2 control panels, 26 control stations, control devices, PLC loops, instrumentation and calibration.

The Fort Collins Brewery added to its beer line a non-alcoholic beer, O"Doul’s. The Fort Collins brewery is the second plant to produce the O’Doul’s Beer.

The electrical construction for the O’Doul’s facility included high bay lighting, mechanical systems, process and control systems, instrumentation, installation, calibration, commissioning and plant start-up assistance.
