The Project

The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is a 9-story hotel/timeshare. It is being constructed at 126 Riverfront Lane Avon, CO 81620.

The hotel consists of 673,743 square feet of building area, 9 stories above ground, 210 guest rooms and suites (including 81 lockoff studios), and a two level underground parking structure. The P1 level contains 149,110 square feet of meeting, ballroom, spa, office space and access to the outdoor pool and hot tub area located on the South-central exterior of the building. The first floor has a three-meal restaurant with outside dining area, numerous commercial TI spaces, administrative offices, lobby, gondola access, ski shop, a kid’s kamp and a wing of hotel rooms. On the second floor there is a Library with the remainder of the floor being guest rooms. Floors three through five are the overall size of the footprint of the building and Guest Rooms encompass the entire footprint other than a TI office space on the 5th floor which East West Partners (property owner) is scheduled to obtain. Floors six through nine are only the center part of the building footprint and and Guest Rooms encompass each of these floors.

The project NTP was received on August 23, 2006, the contract was received on 12/6/06 with a scheduled completion of August 28, 2008.
