The Project

The Viceroy at Snowmass Village is a ski-in/ski-out, six story hotel being developed in Snowmass Base Village. Building A consists of 290,136 sq. ft. including three levels below grade which contain the ballrooms, spa, guest units, and employee units in addition to underground parking. The village level contains the lobby, restaurant, and the 154 guest units. Building B contains a lobby at the village level and six floors of guest rooms for a total of 74 guest rooms.
