The Project

This is a design assist project consisting of a complete electrical system for both core and shell only.  The Palazzo Verdi project is located on a lot with three existing building; two office buildings and one parking garage.  The new structure will be placed at the north end of the existing parking structure.
 

The project consists has 15 stories all above grade.  The 1st level has the main lobby, retail and back of house utility spaces.  There is no level 2.  Levels 3 through 5 are parking floors and levels 6 through 14 are office floors.  Level 15 is office and a large mechanical equipment space.
