The Project

The Four Seasons project, located in Vail Colorado, is a 520,000 square foot structure which includes a 2 story parking garage, and 8 additional stories above the parking garage. The General Contractor for the project is Layton Construction Company, based out of Sandy Utah.

The Facility will feature a state of the art Spa, Spa treatment area, Fitness center, Aerobics area, a complete child care center in addition to two restaurants, complete with private dining, and separate employee eating area. Other amenities will include a grand ball room, several meeting rooms, and a grand lobby.

Guest accommodations consist of several different types of rooms, time share condominiums, guest rooms, guest suites, and private penthouse suites for purchase.

This hotel has an incoming 6000 amp service, backed up with a 700KW generator; this hotel has a fully supervised fire alarm system, sound system, background music system, CCTV, and MATV, security, and AV system.

Completion of the project is scheduled to be on or before 9-1-09.
