The Project

The Foothills Water Treatment Plant is upgrading the processes that it currently utilizes for the treatment of it’s reclaimed water.  This project will facilitate the relocation of the plant’s existing ductbank for the installation of the foundations for the new Potassium Building, along with providing modifications to the Potassium, Chlorine, Fluoride Baghouse, Lime Feed Area and Lime Silo Buildings . This project which is located Southwest of Denver includes the following:        

  • Excavation, backfill, potholing and compaction for underground site direct bury RGS electrical conduits and 3000 psi red concrete encasement with steel reinforcement for duct banks between new Potassium Building and existing Control Building
  • Install New Hand Holes
  • 100A – 480V Temporary Services for the new Potassium Building will be pulled from the existing Headworks Building MCC-R
  • Security System
  • Fire Alarm System
  • Paging System
  • Electrical Distribution Equipment
  • Motor Control Centers
  • TVSS
  • Lighting
