The Project
Arnett Hall is a dormitory located on the Northeast perimeter of the CU-Boulder Campus. The project specifically calls for the following:
- Renovation of a 25,424 square foot East Building.
- Renovation of a 13,385 square foot West Building.
- Renovation of a 20,787 square foot North Building.
- Renovation of the general Common Area.
- Renovation of the respective Attic Areas for the above.
- Security
- CCTV
- Fire Alarm
- Paging System
- Electrical Distribution Equipment
Ludvik Electric’s contract with Kiewit Building Group also consists of
Lighting Control, HVAC and associated controls. The project must comply with certain U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC) LEED prerequisites and follow requirements for the Owner to obtain LEED Silver Certification. |
