The Project

The project is a proposed 3-story 55,000 s.f.  central hub with three wing Lab/Office building, to be owned and operated by Demiurix Advanced Technologies, Inc. (DAT), located in the Cheyenne Business Parkway. It contains the operation of the DAT offices of Nano Materials Discovery Corporation (NDC), and leased lab/office space. DAT’s primary spaces include office space, research lab, clean assembly, light manufacturing, and machine shop spaces. Leased space include more office/lab space, as well a deli.
