The project consisted of a four-level pre-cast, concrete structure with 425 parking bays.
All telephone, fire alarm, and security systems were tied directly into Harvey’s Wagon Wheel Casino.

Harvey's Wagon Wheel Casino is now Fortune Valley Hotel & Casino.
