Denver Dry Building

The Denver Dry goods department store, originally Denver’s
premier retail outlet was built in 1894.
The construction and modifications to turn the historic building
into a mixed-use apartment and retail space aimed to keep the
original façade of the building.
The project included affordable housing units, market rate
units and condos, retail space and restaurants.
