DIA - Central Plant Mechanical Upgrade

Denver International Airport is the 5th busiest airport in the Nation and the 10th busiest airport in the world, located on 53 square miles.

The Central Plant Mechanical is located airside near the Airport Office Building and Concourse A. The upgrades included the cooling tower at the Central Plant; relocation of operational electrical equipment in order to relocate the boiler fue and mechanical equipment; the additional installation of 2 new cooling towers, controls, and central plant noise mitigation.
The project was carefully coordinated with the operating taxi-ways.
