Andrews Hall

The renovations consist of a series of projects to update Andrews, Arnett, Buckingham and Smith Hall at the Kittredge Dorm complex.
All buildings are Design-Build and built to comply with the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED® certification requirements. 

While maintaining the 1960’s era exterior of the Hall, the 61,000 sq. ft. interior received upgrades in design and technology.
 

Included in the renovation of the
233-bed student residences:

• Occupancy sensor installation
• WIFI and tele/data cabling to each room
• Electrical service upgrade
