The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration tracks and forecasts
changes in climates and ecosystems to better understand and predict
weather changes and their impact on the environment. 
 

The 372,000sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility houses several
Environmental Research Laboratories including:

• 2 Data Centers for the National Environmental Satellite
• Data and Information Service (NESDIS)
• National Geophysical Data Center
• Local office of the National Weather Service
• Mountain Administrative Support Center
• Remote Solar Observatory
 

The center provides space for over 1,000 scientists, researchers and
staff personnel.
