Coal Creek Business Park & Corporate Center

The Coal Creek Business Park consists of the development of a new business park and three new buildings, Corporate Center I, II and the Signature Building.
Corporate Center I is a 76,000sq. ft, two story, structural steel building with brick and EIFS veneer, glass curtain walls, membrane roofing and site improvements.
Corporate Center II is a 78,000sq. ft., two-story core and shell office building for future tenant build out along with a site lighting package. This building will mirror the Corporate Center I Building.
The Signature Building is a 53,000sq. ft. office building with the same framework and veneers as Corporate Center I. Roofing consists of membrane, metal panels and tile.
