The Lodge at the base of Winter Park Mountain consists of two luxury condo buildings, comprising 380,000sq. ft. with 230 units.
Each condo ranges in size from 700sq. ft. to 1,400sq. ft. Additionally there is 30,000sq. ft. of retail space and an 83,000sq. ft. underground parking garage.
Each building is constructed with a structural steel frame, gabled roofs and exterior wood siding.
