Hyatt Hotel at the Colorado Convention Center

The expansion of the Colorado Convention Center created a need for a hotel that would compliment its growth,
The Hyatt Regency Denver Hotel did just that.

AGC of Colorado awarded Ludvik Electric Co. A 2006 (ACE) Bronze Award for this project

  The 1,250,000 sq. ft., 37-story contemporary hotel includes:  
   • 1,106 guest rooms and suits
   • 6,700 sq. ft. spa and fitness room
   • Indoor heated pool
   • 60,000 sq. ft. of function space
   • One 30,000 sq. ft. Ballroom and one 15,000 sq. ft. Ballroom
   • 35 meeting rooms and conferencing facilities
   • Restaurant, lounge, coffee and gift shop
 

 

  

 
The highlight of the hotel is the Peaks Bar/Lounge located
above the hotel with views of the Mile High City all the way
to the Rocky Mountains.
