Fort Carson, CO
and dental clinics at Ft. Carson’s Evans Hospital.
The clinic will provide state of the art medical care including;
family medicine, pediatric care, dental care,
orthopedic/podiatry, occupational and physical therapy,
radiology and social services.
The complex includes an additional 1,069 space parking facility.
