This project is the reconstruction of the 100MGD East Basins Treatment Facility. It includes the construction of all electrical, instrumentation, process controls, fire alarm and ancillary building systems for a new East Plant Electrical Building; Chlorine Dioxide System, Sodium Chlorite Facility, Ferrous Chloride Test Facility, Wash Water Equalization Basin, Pre-Sedimentation Basins, Rapid Mixers, Sand Ballasted Flocculation Structure, GAC Filter Absorbers and Polymer Storage and Feed System.
