The 91st Avenue WWTP is located on 560 acres,
with a current firm capacity of 204.5 mgd.

The plant is currently undergoing a series of
expansions and upgrades.

UPO5A consists of Unified Plant Effluent Pump
Station, Effluent Convergence Piping, Effluent
Force Mains and associated Electrical Buildings,
designed with Standby Power Generation and
Odor Control System.
